5 Tips To A Good Night Sleep

A well-sounded sleep is as precious as GOLD. The difference is that there is no amount of money that can buy one's peaceful sleep. Unlike gold which you buy from the retail store by its global market value, a peaceful sleep is something that has no market value but very valuable and priceless to all.

With constant stress we encounter from different stressors-- like our job, family, environment and social world due to our demanding lifestyle, oftentimes, people tend to deprive themselves with a goodnight sleep. Sleep is a state where our body will going to repair and rejuvenate our cells, tissues and muscles that we used during the day. That's why it is essential for us to reach this state as we retire in the night. A well-repaired and prepared system is vital in continuing our daily tasks otherwise, we will be sickly and might be not able to achieve our duties and responsibilities because of luck of sleep. Let me share with you some tips on things to do before we sleep so that atleast we prepare our body before we jump in to our bed and put ourselves to slumber.

1. Take a Shower. We need to do it before we sleep. Aside from the fact that it refreshes our body, it also cleanses us from dirt, dust and grime we acquired outside. I am sure we do not want our body retains those things. So we better take them off so they are not going to stain or stick in our beddings.

2. Wear Comfortable Clothes. We don't need some fashionable clothes that might choke us when we sleep. Loose clothes help us breath comfortably as we sleep.

3. Drink Milk. It is scientifically proven to induce sleep. Milk nourishes the body and it also helps us put to sleep.

4. Avoid Drinking a Lot of Water. It will make us come and go in the comfort room if we do so. Drink lot of water to hydrate ourselves and we can do it atleast an hour or two before we sleep.

5. Put a Bottled Water Besides You. So when you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty, you dont need to get up and go to the kitchen. I bet no one will do that because you are too lazy to get up. So to avoid dehydrating yourself, put some bottled water besides you so when the need arises you can grab it to quench your thirst.
