Does the above title sounds weird or gross? No, its not! Fondant cake is already famous cake trend nowadays. It becomes popular due to its unique texture whom a baker with artistic hands can create different sizes, color and design of a cake. Its really fantastic seeing a cake deviant from the conventional cake we always see since childhood. Its amazing sight to see a fondant cake in different themes and characters. I have seen pillow fondant cake, barney, wedding gown-inspired, computer-inspired abd soccer ball inspired fondant cake a lot more! Indeed, fondant cake inspires bakers to combine the art of creativity and resourcefulness.
One of my favorite cakes is the roasted pig. Here in the Philippines, when you see roasted pig in a party, it connotes already a lavish celebration. And seeing a cake in a roasted pig design, captured my attention and makes me amuse. I'm in awe! I really find it cute, cool and amazing and im sure you'll agree upon seeing the picture too.
